构建战略通道与福建经济发展

总结现代和近代福建沿海港口经济发展的经验和教训 ,以及借鉴世界开发史上铁路的作用 ,结合福建提出的构建战略通道的任务和从福建山脉阻隔、腹地狭小、多深水港湾的基本省情出发 ,提出建设出江西省的铁路大通道 ,重点开发三都澳和湄州湾 ,以港兴市 ,积小成大 ,逐步实现福建的工业化和城市化。

Promoting the Economic Growth of Fujian by Constructing a Strategic Passage

After summing up the experience and lessons learned fromthe economic development of ports in the coastal areas in Fujian in modern times,discussing the necessity of drawing on the successful experience in railway constructing in the world,analyzing the task of building strategic passage,proposed by Fujian government,and taking into consideration that Fujian is a mountainous area with narrowhinterland and plenty of deep water bays,the author proposes that Fujian's industrialization and urbanization can be gradually achieved by building a railway through Jiangxi and giving priority to the development of Sandu Ao and Meizhou Bay,so as to realize urbanization through the development of ports.
