| 摘 要： | 课堂教学目前仍是广播电视大学的主要教学形式,如何针对开放教育学员的特点,通过课堂教学使之学会知识、培养能力,是我们作为参与电大“开放教育试点教学模式改革”的一线教师一直在探讨的课题。在这里以中央电大工商管理本科专业的“组织行为学”课程为例来探讨AIDA教学模式在课堂教学中的应用。

As teacher in the front line engaging in "Teaching Model Reform in Open education pilot unit", we are all the time to discuss how to convey the knowledge to students and cultivate their ability as well. Here quote course of "Organization Behavior" to explore the application of AIDA teaching model in class in class. |
