基于因子分析的西安市创新驱动能力评价研究

摘    要:运用因子分析法测度2018年西安市13个区县的创新驱动能力,并按照因子得分情况对13个区县创新驱动能力进行聚类分析。研究结果表明,西安市各区县创新驱动能力有较大差异,2018年碑林区、未央区及莲湖区创新驱动能力在13个区县排名前三位,属于高创新驱动能力区域;而蓝田县、鄠邑区及周至县排名后三位,属于低创新驱动能力区域;其余7个区县均属于中等创新驱动能力区域。同时,创新驱动对西安市经济增长有较为显著的促进作用。

Abstract:Factor analysis was used to measure the innovation-driven capability of 13 districts and counties in Xi'an in 2018,and cluster analysis was conducted on the innovation-driven capability of 13 districts and counties according to the factor scores.The results show that the innovation-driven capacity of each district and county in Xi'an is quite different.In 2018,Beilin District,Weiyang District and Lianhu District ranked the top three among 13 districts and counties in innovation-driven capacity,belonging to the region with high innovation-driven capacity.Lantian County,Huyi District and Zhouchi County are the bottom three for the uninnovation-driven areas;The remaining 7 districts and counties are all regions with medium innovation-driven capacity.At the same time,innovation-driven economic growth of Xi'an has a significant role in promoting.
