| Abstract: | This paper introduced the definition and feature of mobile learning, discussed the theoretical foundation and technical support and other aspects of Mobile Learning. Based on the statement above, the author constructed an instruction design mode in mobile learning, and gives an example of ETA training, which has some theoretical and practical meaning. |
