科技负面效应辨析

科学技术产生的各种负面影响,日益成为现代人类新的异化力量,但科技异化的根源在于人类及其活动,科技本身不具备自主能动性。所谓的科学技术所带来的人与自然的危机,实际上是人类工业文明的实践产物,是人类的物质资料生产方式发展的局限性所致;所谓的科学技术带来的道德滑坡、生活意义缺失、文化堕落等,实际上是人类技术生存方式的消极后果,是人及人类社会发展的片面性所致。科技就其本性来说,可以服务于任何目的,因而只具有工具性的作用。

An Analysis of Negative Effect of Science and Technology

Some negative effect caused by science and technology has been becoming a new alienation power in modern times. However,the alienation of science and technology has originated from man and their activities for science and technology themselves have no initiative. Actually,the crisis between man and nature has resulted from the limitations of man's materials production mode;moral decline and cultural degeneration have been caused by the one-sidedness of the development of the man and society. As for their nature,science and technology can be used for any purpose,but they can only play a role of a tool.
