摘    要:通过文献资料、逻辑归纳等方法对个体心理环境在高校健美操显隐性课程中的创设进行了全面分析,结果表明:(1)只有显性课程与隐性课程的紧密结合,才能真正实现高校健美操教学的目标,而个体心理则是两种课程联结的纽带;(2)只有通过对高校健美操教学中显性课程和隐性课程,物质文化和精神文化的科学构建,合理设置,才能创设良好的个体心理环境,才能给高校健美操教学的改革和发展注入一个新的思路和切入点。

Abstract:Through using the method of literature review and logical induction analysis,this paper makes comprehensive analysis on recessive curriculum of individual psychology environment in aerobics exercises.
