| 摘 要： | 网络教育是信息化社会的必然产物,也是一种全新的学习方式,其已日益成为教育大众化、民主化、终身化的一种重要的教育形式和有效途径．而网络人口作为网络时代一个特殊的人口群体,自然成为网络教育的对象和教育存在．本文通过对网络人口相关的统计数据的分析,探讨我国网络人口与网络教育之间的相互促进关系．

| Abstract: | Web-education is the inevitable product of an information society, and it is also a brand-new learning method. It becomes an important education form and the effective way of popularity, democratization and lifelong system of education. Web-population is a special population community in network times, so it becomes the object and the education existence of the web-education naturally. Based on the analysis of statistical data related with web-population, this article discussed the mutual promotion in China between web-population and web-education. |
