| 摘 要： | 美国学者马丁·特罗(Manin Trow)提出的高等教育大众化的概念将高等教育分为三个阶段,即精英化、大众化、普及化.在一些发达国家高等教育进入到普及化阶段的今天,我国的高等教育也迎来了一次快速的大发展.通过对美、英、日三国高等教育大众化历程的比较,找出其相同之处和扩张的重点不同,并结合这些比较提出对我国当前发展高等教育的几点建议或启示,有着积极的意义.
