| 摘 要： | 解决"三农"问题的关键不是增加农民收入,而是构建食品产业体系。农业为食品产业,包括研究培训、农机制造、原料供给、耕种养殖、食品加工、营销服务六个部类。构建食品产业体系,要培育农会,实行政农分离,建立知识资源共享的农业教育技术体系,大力发展农业合作社,协调食品产业与其他产业的发展。

Food Industry: the Renewed Definition of the Meaning of Agriculture |

| Abstract: | To increase the farm workers'income doesn't solve the crucial problems about agriculture, the resolution lies nowhere but in the establishment of the systematic food industry. Agiculture, in fact, is food industry, it includes six scopes. To build the systematic agricultural production the farm workers must be of separation of farming and administrtion, the shared—knowning sources and the agricultural cooperation as well as the agreeable development with other industries must be taken into consideration and carefully made into effect. |
