摘    要:学生体操学习困难既与教师的讲解示范等客观因素有关,也与学生自身的意志品质等主观因素有关.教师应从转变观念、培养学生的学习兴趣和自信心、做好保护帮助以解除学生疑虑等方面入手来帮助学生解除学习上的困难,提高体操教学质量.

Abstract:There are two factors leading to student ' s difficulties in gymnastics learning. The objective factor is teachers ' explanation anSd demonstration and the subjective factor is students' characters. Teachers should help students get rid of difficulty in studying, improve gymnastics teaching quality by changing their ideas, improving student's interest and self- confidence, and doing protection work well.
