| 摘 要： | 随着科技的发展和信息技术的普及,信息论已广泛运用到各个学科及其管理领域。对成人教育管理来说,信息论的引入不仅能丰富成人教育管理的理论基础,而且也是提高其管理效度的必然选择。因此,在信息论的指导下,成人教育管理需要开放成人教育管理系统,构建信息平台,注重信息反馈,从而促进信息的广泛交流,提高成人教育管理效度。
