大学生面向西部基层就业存在的问题与对策

大学生是西部经济发展人才补给的重要资源,在国家鼓励毕业生支援西部建设的大环境下,如何把毕业生引向西部基层就业,需要政府、用人单位、高校和大学生共同努力加以解决。本文着重分析了大学生面向西部基层就业的现状及问题,并提出了加强大学生到西部基层就业的对策。

Problems and Countermeasures to the Job-Hunting in the West for the College Students

College students are the important talents recharge in the development of the western economy.Under the background of China's policy of encouraging graduates to support the construction of western regions,how to lead the graduates to the employment in the west need the government,employment units,colleges and universities and college students together to work out.On the basis of research and analysis,this paper puts forward to the problems and countermeasures of enhancing college students' employment in the west in the perspectives of the government,employment units,colleges and universities and college students.
