阳光体育背景下深化体育教学改革的实践与研究

为全面落实“阳光体育萼矽”在高校的开展与实施，促进大学生的体质健康。本文运用文献资料法、调查问卷法、逻辑分析法在全面理解活动内涵的基础上，融入地方特色、民族文化、学生个性化发展等元素，并以高校体育改革政策为依据，构建符合山西农业大学特点的新课程目标模式，并加以实施推广，为提高普通高校学生体质和运动能办，奠定终身体育观打下良好的基础。

The Practice and Research of Deepen Physical Education Reform under the Background of Sunshine Sports

In order to fully implement the college ＂sunshine sports＂ development and promote students＇physique health, this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis method in comprehensive under- standing on the foundation of connotation, combining local characteristics, ethnic culture, the student individuality development and other elements, and to the reform of college physical education policy as the basis, with the char- acteristics of construction of Shanxi Agricultural University aim of the new course mode, and promote the imple- mentation. The main purpose is to improve the college students＇physical quality and sports ability, and lay a good foundation for lifelong sports view.
