| 摘 要： | 大力发展先进文化,是全面建设小康社会的一项重要任务;在当代中国,发展先进文化就是发展中国特色的社会主义文化;当代中国先进文化的基本要求是以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想为指导、以"二为"方向为根本宗旨,以弘扬和培育民族精神为己任.
