| 摘 要： | 通过举例分析目前侵犯商业秘密的行业手段，揭示了目前商业秘密所遭受的侵害程度以及商业秘密被侵犯的发展趋势、我国商业秘密法律保护的现状及我国商业秘密法律保护中所存在的不足，提出了加强商业秘密的法律保护的措施。
