| Abstract: | Studies on teacher evaluation in America have made a great deal of achievements.The paper probes into the three themes of studies of teacher evaluation in USA:why to evaluate teachers,what to evaluate teachers,and how to evaluate teachers.By introducing and discussing the studies,it's helpful for us to evaluate teachers in China. |
