课程计划编制应有利于全体学生的全面发展

摘    要:编制并实施有个性的学校课程计划是学校课程领导力的重要体现,学校课程计划是理想课程与学校现实之间的结合点,是学校课程设计、实施和评价的重要依据。上海市大同中学在统整已有学校课程资源及借鉴国内外课程经验的基础上,于2008年开始了编制课程计划的个案研究。大同中学的课程围绕着“学会做人,学会学习,学会生活,学有特长”这一培养目标设计,构建起为学生人格和潜力的自我发展、终身学习意识与能力的养成提供足够时空的学校课程体系。

Abstract:The preparation and implementation of a characteristic school curriculum plan is an important manifestation of school leadership. The school curriculum plan is the joint of an ideal school curriculum and its reality, and an important foundation for the design, implementation and evaluation of school curriculum plan. Based on the integration of its existing curriculum resources and recourses available at home and abroad, Shanghai Daloug High School has begun to conduct a case study of curriculum planning since 2008. Constructed on the basis of the training objectives as "learn to he, learning to learn, learn to live, and learn a specialty" , Shanghai Datong High School has developed a school curriculum system that helps students build character and potentials, fulfill their demands of self - development, cultivate their awareness of lifelong learning and ability and provide adequate room for their maturity.
