摘    要:文章从一则班主任工作案例着手,阐述了如何对症下药解决一位特殊学生的心理问题,并对这个案例进行了深入的反思,提出了在班主任工作中重引导、沟通,最终融合至问题解决的思路。帮助学生从“问题”中成功走出来,是班主任工作的重点。
