| 摘 要： | 地方音乐新课程是现代中国音乐教育重要而特殊的组成部分。合理开发利用民族音乐艺术资源,能提高民族教育的质量和品位,能促进地方音乐教育的发展。要根据湘西民族音乐艺术资源储备情况,准确定位、积极加快地方音乐新课程的改革与发展步伐,合理利用湘西民族音乐艺术资源,促进地方音乐新课程建设的突破性发展。
