随着经济的不断发展以及资本运作方式的不断多样化，家族制企业已然构成了现代经济制度，经济结构、经济运行中不可缺失的部分。本通过对家族制企业在资本积累、管理成本、组织结构、组织效率、决策机制等方面的优劣势分析，探求出家族制企业在产权结构的合理性、可持续经营、人力资源管理以及融资问题等方面所存在的障碍和制约，最终得出结论：家族制企业若要做到可持续性发展，其必然出路便是在以上各方面的不断创新。

the Success and Failure of kindred System Enterprises

With the constant development of economy and the diversity of capital function, kindred system enterprises has become a necessary part of both modern economy system and economy structure even economy function. According to the analysis of advantage and disadvantage of capital accumulation ,managing cost, organization structure and efficiency, along with decision systems, this article has explored the obstacle and restriction existing in kindred system on rationality of poverty right structure, sustained dealing and the management of personal resource as well as the problems of funds circulating. Finally, a conclusion has been raised as follows: If kindred system enterprises want a sustained development, the inevitable way is the constant innovation on the above items.
