摘    要:基础教育正在进行新一轮课程改革.从课程目标、教学方法到学生的学习方式以及成长要求,都在发生根本性的变革。课程目标由社会为本、知识为本转变为以人的发展为本。这就要求中小学教师的教育理念、能力素质随之变革和发展。

Abstract:Elementary education is currently undergoing a series of curricular reforms, ranging from curricular aims, teaching methodologies on the part of teachers, to modes of learning and behaving on the part of students. Curricular aims have turned from knowledge-based to community-based, and human-based development. All this requires teachers of elementary and high schools to adapt to the new concept of education.
