谷氨酸修饰玻碳电极的制备及性质研究

摘    要:研究了谷氨酸在玻碳电极表面上电化学聚合的条件及修饰电极的电化学特性,发现在0.0V-1.9V范围内,以10mV的扫描速度循环扫描10圈制备Glu/GCE电极效果最好,并且Glu/GCE电极在强酸性环境中对Fe(CN)63-探针离子的阻滞行为较弱.

Abstract:The polymerization condition of Glutamic at a glassy carbon electrode and the electrochemical characteristics of the modified electrode had been investigated.It was found that the most polymerization condition was with cyclic scanning in the potential range of 0.0-1.90V at 10 mV s-1 for ten scans in the solution of Glutamic and the electrostatic repulsion between the Glutamic assembled monolarer and the electroactive probe Fe(CN)63-was faintish in the strong acid solution.
