| 摘 要： | 王永民先生继1983年推出“五笔字型”之后，于1998推出“‘98规范王码”。笔者认为新码有不少改进，尽量向国家语言文字规范化靠扰，同中小学语文教学的口径一致，但新码在理论上仍有失误，仍有不少汉字的拆分和编码不符合语言文字规范和既定规则，仍不能进入中小学和作为计算机等级考试码。

| Abstract: | Mr. Wang Yongming formulated '98 GuiFanWangMa in 1998 after his “ WuBiZixing” of 1983.The writer thinks '98 GuiFanWangMa has many improvements,trying to be in accordance with the Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools,but there are still a few serious theoretical mistakes.A lot of separation and coding of the Chinese Character do not tally with the existing rules of Chinese language,so it is very difficult for this system to be used in primary and middle schools and used for the Computer Level Examinations. |
