| 摘 要： | 跨国公司研发国际化是自上世纪90年代中后期以来国际经济发展的一个新趋势,我国作为世界上吸收外资最多的国家,在这一过程中也充当了国际研发转移的重要载体,因此可以将我国的技术进步分解为来自国内和国外两部分,本文通过回归分析的方法,选取国内人力资本存量、我国吸收国际直接投资流量、存量等变量,得出跨国公司研发转移对我国技术进步的影响的具体情况,并在此基础上得出相应的政策建议．

| Abstract: | The internationalization of research and development in transnational corporations has been a new trend of the development of international economy from 1990's. As the contry which absorbs the most foreign capital, China plays an important role of conveyer in transmit of international technology development in China, so the technology development in China can be seperated in two parts,domestic part and foreign one. By the means of regression, this article makes a demonstration check on the influence on technology development in China which is exerted by the R&D transmit of transnational corporation,and then draws corresponding conclusion and policy suggestion. |
