| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，广东省经济和社会发展取得了显著成绩。与此同时，教育事业也得到了快速持续健康发展，为建设经济强省、文化大省、法治社会、和谐广东和实现全省人民富裕安康奠定了坚实的基础。但是，我省仍然存在经济、教育发展不平衡的状况。全省80％的GDP、财政收入和企业聚集在珠江三角洲地区七个市。中等职业教育资源方面．占全省人口28％的珠江三角洲中等职业学校在校生占了73％，
