| 摘 要： | 农民工是一个数量庞大而又特殊的群体，其政治的参与状况直接影响着国家政治的稳定和发展。由于历史和其他原因，农民工政治参与中存在着种种制约因素，使得当前我国农民工的政治参与处于缺失状态，法律赋予的政治权利处于虚置状态。因此，探讨这些因素，对我国基层民主建设和国家民主化有重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Peasant worker is a numerous and special group, whose political participation and situation affects the stability and development of state politics. For the history and other reasons, there are constraint factors in peasant worker's political participation, which makes their political participation at a very low level. The political power endowed with law is in a void situation, so the discussion about these factors has great realistic significance for China's basic democratic construction. |
