| 摘 要： | 成人教育是普通教育的补充与延伸，其社会影响面随着普通教育的进一步扩展而削弱，成人教育的招生、办学、绩效评价都面临着前所未有的考验，在夹缝着求生存与发展的危机感也特别强烈。困境中求发展、困惑中求思索，如何化危为机，实现科学发展已成为当务之急。
