| 摘 要： | 发展跨境电商需要区位优势、良好的经济和外贸基础,以及电子商务和消费需求的支撑。常州跨境电商发展面临业务运行渠道不畅、配套产业体系不完善、周边城市竞争激烈、从业人才短缺等困境。在研究基础上提出发展对策:升级线上综合服务平台,打造跨境电商信息枢纽;建设线下跨境电商园区,夯实跨境电商产业基础;创新商业模式,推动跨境电商发展;优化人才培育环境,构建跨境电商人才生态圈。

| Abstract: | The development of cross-border e-commerce needs location advantages,good basis of economic and foreign trade development,as well as the support of e-commerce and consumer demand.At present,the development of cross-border e-commerce is facing many difficulties,such as poor operation channels of business,imperfect supporting industry system,fierce competition in the surrounding cities,and talent shortage.We can build a cross-border e-commerce information hub by upgrading the online comprehensive service platform,consolidate the cross-border e-commerce industrial foundation by improving the offline cross-border e-commerce park,promote the innovation and development of cross-border e-commerce through the innovation of cross-border e-commerce business model,and build a cross-border e-commerce talent ecosystem by optimizing the talent cultivation environment. |
