本科层次职业教育老年服务与管理专业人才培养目标及内涵探析

本科层次职业教育的试点核心任务是专业人才培养目标的准确定位。通过分析本科层次职业教育老年服务与管理专业人才培养的现实与机遇,遵循职业教育总目标、人才全面发展、以职业岗位能力为导向和突出技术应用特色等四个原则,以人才知识、能力和素质结构为依据,尝试提出本科层次职业教育老年服务与管理专业的人才培养目标和内涵。

Research on the Talents Training Objective and Connotation of Elderly Service and Management Major in Undergraduate Level Vocational Education

The pilot core task of undergraduate level vocational education is to accurately locate the training target of professional talents.This paper put forward the aim and connotation of cultivating talents in the undergraduate level vocational education of elderly service and management major by analyzing the reality and opportunities of training talents for the elderly service and management major in undergraduate level vocational education,following four principles of the general goal of vocational education,the all-round development of talents,the orientation of vocational post ability and the emphasis on the characteristics of technology application,and taking the knowledge,ability and quality structure of talents as the basis.
