| 摘 要： | 本文分析了本科应用型人才培养模式改革的社会背景;通过与学理型本科教育、高职高专教育的比较,明确了应用型人才培养的基本定位;提出了改革的基本思路:树立面向社会、面向市场开放办学的教育理念;制定加强实践活动突出应用能力的教学计划;建立应用性理论向应用能力转化的教学计划;加强实习实训基地建设;加强“双师型”教师队伍建设。

| Abstract: | The social situation and the reformation model of training undergraduate students with applied ability of knowledge have been analyzed.The aims of training undergraduate students with the ability of applying knowledge have been discussed by comparing the high educations of science of students with that of high-professional students.It was also indicated that,in this paper,to educate students with the ability of applying knowledge the reformation model should be proceeded as follows:(1) building up the form opening educational system to meet the needs of society and market;(2) establishing proper teaching programs to strengthen the training of students' abilities of applying knowledge by taking part in more practice;(3) enhancing to construct the training bases;and(5) educating more employable teachers to meet the need of the teaching programs. |
