| 摘 要： | “卓越工程师教育培养计划”对我国高等教育的人才培养模式提出了新的质量要求.本文针对工商管理专业培养模式现存的问题,从创立产学研结合的培养机制,优化教学方法和内容,建立国际联合培养模式以及对区域人才需求满足的绩效评价等方面对工商管理专业卓越人才的培养模式进行了探讨,并提出了为有效实施人才培养方案,所需健全的政策、生源、教师及标准等质量保障措施.

| Abstract: | ＂A plan for Cultivating Excellent Engineers＂ has put forward a number of new quality requirements for the training model of higher education in China. Based on the existing problems in the business administration training mode,reform on the training mode for excellent talents of business administration was discussed in this paper from the following aspects：creating an industry-university-institute cooperation mechanism,optimizing the teaching methods and contents,establishing an international joint training mode and meeting the regional demand for talents. Guarantee measures related to students,teachers and the standardization system of the training mode were also elaborated on. |
