| 摘 要： | 本文从最近新实施的《档案管理违法违纪行为处分规定》谈起,发现在高校档案管理中同样存在着违法违纪行为.在高校科研管理中,这种现象时有出现,尤其体现在科研项目档案材料收集过程中.笔者对这些现象背后的原因进行了分析,最后从制度设计和意识提高两方面提出具有可行性的对策,旨在为我国高校科研档案管理工作的完善提供参考.

| Abstract: | This Paper begins with the newly issued document Sanction Provisions Against Violation of Archives Management Law and some problems in university archives management,particularly in the collection of scientific research project archives. The Author analysed the above situation first,and then proposed some feasible solutions,hoping that these solutions can benefit the management work of university scientific research archives. |
