摘    要:半导体激光器作为光电子科技的核心技术,受到各国科技界和产业界的高度重视.芯片是半导体激光器的核心技术之一,在逆全球化、中美贸易摩擦的背景下,我国半导体高端芯片受限风险激增.本文从专利分析的角度出发,对全球半导体激光器芯片的技术现状进行了研究和探讨.

Abstract:As the core technology of optoelectronic technology, semiconductor lasers are highly valued by academic and industrial circles of all countries. Chips are one of the core technologies of semiconductor lasers. Under the background of anti-globalization and Sino-US trade frictions, China’s high-end semiconductor chips have a sharp increase in restricted risks. This paper studies and discusses the current technology status of global semiconductor laser chips from the perspective of patent application.
