摘    要:3000 m跑是飞行学员提升航空耐力的必训课目,是总部毕业联合考核的必考课目。3000 m跑能有效地增强飞行学员身体素质,改善内脏各器官机能,提高完成飞行任务的工作能力,而且能很好地培养学员吃苦耐劳、坚韧不拔的意志品质和不屈不挠的战斗精神。结合多年教学训练经验,从3000 m跑的技术特点、技术训练方法、运动负荷的合理安排、身心训练的有效结合等方面,分析其科学化训练内容和方法。

Abstract:The 3000 - meter race is the necessary training for flying cadets to promote their aviation endurance, and it is also an examination subject in the graduation association examination of the headquarters. The 3000 - meter race can enhance physical quality of the flying cadets and also to improve the function of their internal organs to accomplish their flying tasks. The flying cadets can be cultivated with the spirits of bear hardships and stand hard work, perseverance and indomitable fighting spirit. The author puts forwards his views based on years of teaching and training experience, technique characters of the 3000 - meter race, training methods, reasonable arrangement of exercise load and combination of physical and psychological training.
