基于网络媒体的远程农民技能培训效果分析——以北京通州区于家务回族乡农民接受远程技能培训为例

本研究采用参与式农村评估方法,即半结构访谈法和小组访谈法,从农民的视角对基于网络媒体的远程农民技能培训效果进行了调查分析。研究结果显示,网络远程技能培训的方式深受农民欢迎;农民对网络远程技能培训内容的掌握程度多为"基本掌握";有组织的网络远程技能培训对农民增收效果明显;对专业技术知识的理解度较差;有些课程的内容陈旧不符合农民的需要;农民对有组织的网络远程培训内容有较高的信奉度;影响农户接受远程技能培训效果的主要影响因素为经济效益和政策的支持等。农户及研究人员针对远程农民技能培训中存在的问题,提出了许多合理化建议。

Analyzing Effect of the Network Media-based Distance Techniques Training for Farmers——A Pilot Study at Yu Jiawu (Hui Nationality) Township of Tongzhou District in Beijing

By adopting Participatory Rural Appraisal(PRA) and semi-structural interviews and group interviews methodology etc,this article gets the first-hand data to study the farmer's techniques training efficiency based on the network media deeply from the perspective of farmers.The results of our research includes: the farmers favor the distance training;the techniques they can acquire through the network media are only basically;The organized internet long distanced skill training will take evident effect to increase the farmer's income;they get rather slow understanding on specialized techniques;some internet courses are obsolete and barely related to their current needs;they bear high reliability on the organized distance training;the economic benefits and policy support are the primary factors deciding the distance training popularity and effects at villages.To solve the aforementioned problems,farmers and researchers put up diverse appropriate proposals.
