| 摘 要： | 文章通过对商科高校师资队伍现状的分析，指出了在师资队伍建设和管理方面存在的主要问题，并针对这些问题提出了师资队伍建设要在进一步深化人事制度、分配制度改革过程中，创新机制、更新观念、加强管理，用发展的办法解决问题。
