对高学历小学教师培养模式的思考

摘    要:小学教师培养是国民教育体系持续、健康发展的保障。在现存的小学教师培养模式中,普遍存在着专业情意缺失,课程设置泛化,教学及评价方式单一化,专业技能训练失效等问题。面对这些问题我们从强化专业认识及专业训练,完善课程体系,形成开放的培养机制,体现教师专业化发展的要求等几个方面来对高学历小学教师培养模式进行了新的探讨。

Abstract:Primary education is the foundation of basic education.Primary Teacher Training is the protection of sustained and healthy development in a national education system.In the existing primary teacher training model,the universal existence is lack of professional feelings;curriculum generalization;homogenization of teaching and evaluation methods;the failure of professional skills training and other issues.In the face of these problems,we have the new thinking about primary school teacher training model,such as strengthen the professional knowledge and professional training;improve the curriculum system;the formation of an open training mechanism;reflect the requirements of teacher professional development.
