| 摘 要： | The Wellcome Trust supports open access publishing via the author pays model and through the deposition of peer reviewed papers into PubMed Central.The costs of disseminating research and the author pays model should be seen as part of research costs and is estimated to be approximately 1%-2% of the grant funding budget.A PubMed Central version of the article adds value to the arti- cle through additional functions especially provide links between the literature and the data.
