| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析在风险投资发展中最具代表性的美国风险投资的特点及其发展趋势，阐述了风险投资对发展高新技术产业及整个国民经济的重大作用，并结合中国国情，阐明了我国发展风险投资不能忽略政府的作用，应该建立有效投资退出机制，选择风险投资的适当的主流组织形式，并积极造就风险投资的人才队伍，以使我国的风险投资能够健康发展。

On the Enlightment of American Risk Investment to China |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics and the development trends of America's risk investment,which is a representative in risk investment.It describes the important influence of risk investment on the development of high technology industry and national economy.And it also sets out that we should not ignore the government's effect;we should set up a system in which we can retreat effective investment;we should select a appropriate organization form,train some professional men for this field so that the risk investment in China can go its normal way. |
