大学战略管理是大学战略导向的一种管理方式。大学外部环境的变化和战略管理本身的功效使得我国大学选择战略管理具有某种必然性。目前，我国大学实施战略管理应注重大学文化建设、环境分析、建立动态适应的组织结构、选取战略重点和建立通畅的沟通机制。

Research on University Strategy Management

University strategy management is a strategic oriented-management. It is necessary for us to control universities through strategy management because of its function and change of the environment. At present,we should focus on the following work for the implementation of the strategic management. First,development strategy should be clarified through environmental analysis;second,cohesion should be formed through paying attention to culture construction ; third, strategic focus must be cleared ; fourth,the dynamicorganization structure should be established according to academic standards;at last,communication mechanism must be established.
