Children's Prediction of the Track of Objects Falling with Velocity and Its Significance for Early Childhood Education

The research attempts to explore the development level of children's naive physics theory by studying their prediction of the track of the velocity object when losing support. The results show that children make the prediction based on their naive theory and they are able to combine the horizontal and vertical motion positively. Therefore, the educator should promote the coordination of theory and evidence by respecting children's theory already held and making predictions.
