摘    要:笔者通过参与与一线教师合作开展行动研究“三维目标在小学语文课堂教学实施”的课题,利用弗兰德斯课堂师生互动分析模型,对一位合作老师的前后两节课进行分析对比,以课堂师生互动的视角观测教师在参与行动研究初期,对教学目标实施的理解变化以及课堂结构和教师教学风格的变化,并分析与反思其中可能的原因。

Abstract:The author anticipated an action research about how to implement three dimension teaching goals in primary Chinese class with two primary school teachers.During the process,we compared and analyzed two classes taken by one of the teachers through Flanders' teacher and student interaction analysis model.We tried to find the change of this teacher in comprehending teaching goals implementing and class construction and teaching style in the former time of action research.Furthermore we wanted to analyze and reflect the possible reasons.
