高校继续教育的利益相关者分析

摘    要:利益相关者理论起源于企业管理的研究,它挑战传统的股东利益至上论。认为企业的目标应该是为所有的利益相关者服务。应用利益相关者理论逐一分析所有涉及高校继续教育的利益群体(高校中的继续教育主管机构、高校继续教育机构的行政人员、内聘和外聘的师资团队、委托培训组织和学员、合作机构等),有利于明确高校继续教育机构的性质、功能和管理制度本质,进一步理清高校继续教育的各个利益群体之间的相互作用关系。

Abstract:"Stakeholder theory"was oriented from enterprise management research,which challenged the doctrine that interests of the shareholders should take precedence.It was taken that serving for all the interest relevancies should be the enterprise operating object.To apply"stakeholder theory",we can analyze all the interest groups related to continuing education in universities on by one(management organization of continuing education on universities,administrators of continuing education,interior and exterior faculty,entrusted training organizations and trainees,cooperated partners,etc.),which helps continuing education organizations in universities to define their characteristics,function and management system,and management system,and further clear the mutual actions of interest groups of con- tinuing education in universities.
