我国女子100m竞技水平停滞不前的主要原因及对策研究

采用文献资料法、数理统计法对我国女子短跑100m竞技水平停滞不前原因进行剖析。结果表明：该项目＂三级训练网＂塔基过窄;运动员在大型比赛中发挥不出水平;最大速度和保持速度节奏能力有差距;运动寿命时间短等因素是该项目停滞不前的主要原因。因此提出对策：延长运动员的运动生命;创造机会多参加国际比赛,积累经验;提高身体素质和专项能力上的潜力;增加科研投入、理论对实践的指导;为该项目的良性发展提供理论依据。
