| 摘 要： | 大学生创新能力的培养已成为高校育人工程的核心内容之一,也是近几年实验教学中心教学改革的热点 大学生班主任(辅导员)在服务育人这方面有着得天独厚的师资条件与校内管理资源,如果能充分发挥他们在大学生创新能力培养方面的作用,将会为大学生创新能力培养提供更好的帮助.主要结合在校实践,研究了班主任与实验教学中心共同培养大学生创新能力的工作思路与办法,探讨了班主任(辅导员)在培养大学生科学素质和创新能力的过程用,对于提升我国高校现行体制下的创新人才培养质量具有很重要的实践参考价值.
