高校仪器设备管理计算机系统的开、闭环控制设计

摘    要:高校仪器设备管理计算机系统利用信息传递回路可开、闭控制的设计方法,解决了系统各数据类关系组成结构问题,实现了网络环境下经费、计划、合同、仪器设备管理过程动态闭环及非网络环境下各业务工作站独立开展工作的两种运行机制.该系统着重在其功能实现程度、操作灵活性、可维护性、数据资源共享性、各业务子系统间的业务协调性等方面进行了设计与实现,提高了系统的安全可靠性.
