摘    要:通过机构组合方法,探讨多种功能救援装备的设计与制作思路。利用杆件长度可变四杆机构、齿轮齿条机构、棘轮机构、自锁机构及导轮换向机构功能的集成,设计集普通救援担架、防风雨担架、单人背式担架、快速反应轮椅、运输手推车、轻便救生船、攀爬越障梯等功能于一体的功能集成型救援装备。它以普通医用救援担架为载体,根据救援现场的实际情况,实现各功能之间的转换。成为多种在灾难现场实行紧急救援与逃生的装备,且操作方便快捷,平稳可靠,可以应对突发灾难中恶劣复杂的救援环境,满足救援过程中的多种需求,提高救援效率。

Abstract:This paper discussed the design and facture of multi-functional rescue equipmen t by combined mechanism.It makes use of functional integration of the variable length rod four-bar linkage,the gear rack mechanism,ratchet mechanism,selflocking institutions and organizations function to guide the integration of the rotation and design the multi-functional rescue equipment which can work as an ordinary rescue stretcher,weatherproof stretcher,one-man-carrying stretcher, wheelchair,barrow,rescue ship,or ladder,etc...
