| 摘 要： | 体育教学是在一个多变的动态过程中进行的.教师要不断提高自身的综合素质,有效利用和掌握体育教学中各个环节的时间,精心锤炼和设计课堂语言,用引人入胜的讲解,准确优美娴熟的技能示范,形式多样的教法,使学生在较短的时间内较快的领会技术要领,掌握技术动作,达到最佳的教学效果.
