| 摘 要： | 建立相对稳定的实习基地是教育实习得以顺利进行的重要保证。目前影响实习基地稳定性的因素主要有：管理模式单一，缺乏互惠互利的关系，高师院校和实习基地教师的责任义务失衡等。从分析影响实习基地稳定性的因素入手，借鉴国外教育基地建设的成功经验，提出要建立稳定的教育实习基地，必须打破传统教育实习管理模式，营造互惠互利的联合机制，规范和完善教育实习的管理与评价。
