| 摘 要： | 人是教育活动中的核心因素。教师应全面了解和分析学习的特性，并将其作为教学行为的依据和准则。自组织理论为我们进一步研究教学中的“人”提供了一种新的方法论。本从学习个体和群体作为自组织系统的两个方面分析了学习的特性。

| Abstract: | People are key factors in the educational activities, so the teacher should analyze and master the learner ' s characteristics from all aspects, and regard them as the basis and criterion of the teaching behavior. Self-organization theory provides us with a new methodology for studying ' people' in teaching. The article analyzes learners ' characteristics by means of regarding learner individual as a self-organization system and regarding learner collectivity as a self-organization system. |
